Day 11 Sign Language

Today we were learning about Sign Language,
I am very lucky my mum knows a bit of  Sign Language so she could help me out.
I think Sign Language is a very cool thing to learn.

Day 10 - exploring forces

Today we learnt about exploring forces,
We got to make paper planes and throw them,
It was really fun, Would you try this?

Day 9 Living Creatures

Today we learnt about living Creatures and I really enjoyed reading the story's,
I got to talk about my favourite pet, There is lots of funny story's about my dog Minka,

Day 8 Walking with an ANZAC

Today we learnt about ANZAC Day.

There are a lot of things I never new about ANZAC Day

I found it really interesting to learn about the people who went to war.  The sacrifices the soldiers made for their country were incredible.  It was also really sad how many people lost their lives.

My great great Uncle went to war.  He was only 21 years old.  Sadly he was killed in action on 14 April 1918 in Somme, Northern France and is buried at Knightsbridge Cemetery, Mesnil-Martinsart, France.

Day 7 Maori

Today we got to make a Digital Pepeha, Which explains where you come from in Maori
It was a little tricky but I got there in the end, I think this was kind of hard,

Day 6 Get Moving!

A few days ago we got to make videos of us dancing to a song,
I love dancing so it wasn't that hard, Would you like doing this type of learning?

Day 5 Primary School Musical

We were learning about rhythms and different beats.
We got to clap to the rhythms,

Day 3 Resilience

Today we where learning about Resilience and how we are all coping, with the stress of Covid 19.  Covid 19 stands for Corona Virus 2019.

Day 2 Chocolate

Today we where learning about chocolate. We got to make a homemade box for cookies and we had to design a cookie mould.

Day 1 Sugar

This week we were learning about sugar and where sugar comes from,
I think I learnt a lot from this and I never new there was that much sugar in a bowl of rice
